I have never heard anyone talking negatively on the Babolat Pure Strike. Apart from the Pure Aero and Drive that is primarily made for advanced players, the Pure Strike is made for a massive range of players. There is not much bad to say about this racquet. It has brilliant control and feels, while it also allows for easy access to power and spin. Considering the low weight Most racquets in the same weight class usually struggle with stability and control, but that is certainly not the case with the Pure Strike.
The maneuverability helps you to achieve racquet head speed, and once you get to the point of contact, it gives you everything from power, spin, and control. If you are struggling to get speed in your serves, this racquet will definitely help you to increase that. This racquet works for all levels, but I would strongly recommend it to beginner-intermediate players that want to take their game to the next level. Players that are seeking power, spin, and the added leverage of a longer racquet will love what the Pure Drive Tour delivers.
Most Babolat racquets are made for more advanced players, but the Drive Tour Plus is different. With the light feel and big sweet spot, this racquet is a perfect racquet for those who are just starting out and really want to improve their game. The Drive Tour Plus is currently one of the most user-friendly racquets in the Babolat line.
The combination of wider string spacing and diamond-shaped grommet holes seemed to do the trick in adding excellent spin and a higher launch angle for easy depth. But, what you will love the most with this racquet is the maneuverability. During quick exchanges at the net, there are hard to find a more suitable racquet than the Pure Drive Tour Plus.
The Pure Drive Tour Plus is a great overall racquet and I recommend it to all beginner-intermediate players. For advanced players, Pure Aero and Drive is just better. This comparison is for sure harder to answer… The short answer, of course, is: no. A Head racket is not per definition a better racket than a Babolat racket. However, when you compare these brands in terms of their product ranges, then things become a bit more complicated.
How do you actually define a better brand? Does it mean creating more, high quality products? However, Babolat is a great specialist in strings and racket accessories. They are know for their history and strings and the Babolat RPM Blast is one of the best selling strings on our platform. Then again, grips are quite essential to players and Babolat does not have a dedicated absorb overgrip, while Head does have one.
If you would ask me, I would back up Head in this comparison because they have produced great products in the past and are also known for their great product lines in other sports, like winter and more recently padel.
Babolat is one of the great brands in tennis and racket sport history. It is a quality brand, that puts great emphasis on playable design.

The UK Boost is not only a fantastic looking racket but is also lightweight, yet powerful, ideal for recreational players. And what are the differences? Check Pure Aero vs. Clash comparison here. Many recreational players make a decision about tennis rackets due to sympathy for some pro players. To have a racket of the same brand and even type like your favorite player makes you feel irrationally fine on the tennis court.
Babolat and Wilson both have one trademark player everybody knows. Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. But there are many more players using Babolat and Wilson rackets. Check just a few well-known names below or click on the full list of players. The full list of players using Babolat rackets. The full list of players using Wilson rackets. I like the Babolat family history of inventing and producing a narrow scale of products for racket sports.
I like Babolat for keeping the company in private hands and doing what they have done for the past years. They have my sympathy. I respect Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
They both are synonymous with sportsmanship, great tennis, and humility. But I like Roger a little bit more.
